Operations Manager Position

The Operations Manager role is a key leadership position focused on managing essential regulatory programs, ensuring compliance with laws and permits, and establishing new policies and procedures. This role includes coordinating with external partners, overseeing staff training programs, and adapting to new technologies and equipment. Additionally, the Operations Manager is responsible for clear communication with staff, the public, the board, and partners, as well as planning, monitoring, and developing department budgets. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead vital operations within the water industry and support the community through effective management and collaboration.
Salary Range: $55.32 - $67.24 per hour plus full benefits and trainings
