Customer Service Representative (I) Position

The Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the District’s front office and serving as the first point of contact for customers. This position is responsible for answering inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate customer account records, and performing a variety of clerical and receptionist tasks. As a key member of the customer service team, the CSR I ensures timely, courteous, and professional service while helping resolve customer issues efficiently. This role not only supports internal staff and operations but also provides essential service to our wonderful community by ensuring every customer interaction reflects the District’s commitment to responsiveness, respect, and public trust.
Salary Range: $24.35 - $29.59 per hour with flexible schedule (not to exceed 20 hrs per week)
